长期从事微波毫米波太赫兹集成电路与系统、射频微机电系统、异质集成等研究,对射频传输线理论及滤波器、多工器、功分器、移相器、混频器、振荡器、放大器和天线等功能器件有深入的研究和丰富的经验。
